The national leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has debunked the report of the Supreme Court ruling, affirming Edozie Njoku as the party’s National Chairman. The National Publicity Secretary of APGA, Barrister Tex Okechukwu, in a statement released on Friday described the report of the apex court ruling as baseless, unfounded and malicious falsehood and hoax meant to create disaffection and controversy within the party.
The Supreme Court has reaffirmed Mr. Edozie Njoku, as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). INDEPENDENT reports that the court made the pronouncement on Friday in a judgement on an application by Mr. Njoku, wherein he sought the regularisation of the amended judgment delivered on May 9, 2022, by Justice Mary Peter Odili.
