“It’s been really great . we’ve had quite a range of people, and it’s designed to suit any type of person,” Low said. People have different needs and Low was there to help them meet those needs “because I’m not here to tell them what to eat”, she said. A lot of people did not realise you could subsitute many brands and ingredients, Low said. Couscous had been a big hit with people, as many people did not know what it was or how versatile it could be, she said.
