It appears that the victim was walking towards lombard street, and thats when he was approached by one of the suspects, who then tried to rob the item that he had in hand. Reporter its a real embarrassment for the city. This happened in broad daylight around noon in this busy area. This man was walking up the hill here on lombard street toward the crooked part of the street. Thats when a robber suddenly ran up behind him and grabbed his camera. The tourist took off after the robber and ended up shot. This is cell phone video of the tourist on the ground. He is okay. He was shot after another man pulled up in a dark car and one of two suspects shot the tourist during
