ZHUJI, China - The Guangdong Southern Tigers defeated the Beijing Ducks 90-83, marking their ninth straight win in the CBA, while the Shenzhen Aviators eased past the Shanghai Sharks 113-99 here on Monday.
The game was very physical as the two teams totaled as many as 64 fouls and neither team s shooting percentage went over 45%. Shooters of both team were struggled in the first half, which Beijing led 37-36 after Justin Hamilton s shot.

ZHUJI, China, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) With Jimmer Fredette s 34 points and 13 assists, the Shanghai Sharks overwhelmed the Fujian Sturgeons 128-115 in the 2020-21 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league here on Wednesday.
Shanghai guard Luo Hanchen took five straight points at the beginning, followed by a Trae Golden jump shot. The score seesawed later, and Fujian lagged behind 35-37 before the first interval.
Shanghai players Marcus Denmon and Fredette alternately collected points, before Fujian forward Andrew Nicholson made a shot from downtown to stabilize the situation. Shanghai answered with more three pointers for a 71-64 lead into the second half.
