Artists from Mdantsane are desperately looking for funding for a chance to perform for an international audience at the Kenyan International Theatre Festival in November. “This show tells the story of our heritage and needs to be known,” producer and director Nomathamsanqa Ngoma said. The JTeam Community Development Centre was invited to bring its production of The Story of an African Choir to the festival for a five-day trip to Nairobi at KITFEST2022, which runs from November 1-13.
