Plymouth Roc fights to keep its liquor license after state suspends it

An hours-long Wednesday hearing resulted in Administrative Law Judge Michael St. John saying the restaurant s recently-suspended liquor license could return . if the 1020 Ann Arbor Road venue follows the state s indoor-outdoor orders.
“My order is going to say you can’t reopen to outdoor service with your liquor license until you get that section fully in compliance,” the judge said. “Just notify the commission that you’re in compliance.
