Someone is missing from the month-long Mandela Day celebrations as ordinary people spend 67 minutes of their time in service to others in need. At first, I thought I had no idea who they were or exactly what their way of remembering tata Mandela in our economically struggling nation and bulging number of needy households would be.
We need a set of economic and policy interventions from the government and the private sector that should minimise the blow of global economic elements to which we have become extremely vulnerable.
