The Nova Scotia government has agreed to replace dozens of nursing homes that no longer meet standards and it's hoping some of those buildings are in good enough shape to convert them into living space for others.
Nova Scotia is recommending long-term care facilities close to visitors Friday to try and limit the spread of COVID-19. It will revisit the decision on Jan. 17.
