Overnight reports from Jacksonville police:
• A 16-year-old boy was cited at 1 a.m. Monday on charges of possession of cannabis and violating curfew after being found in Community Park.
• A 16-year-old girl was cited at 1 a.m. Monday on a charge of violating curfew after being found in Community Park.
• Jessica N. Smith, 36, of 400 S. Diamond St., Apt. B, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Monday on a charge of violating a stalking/no-contact order after being accused of going to the victim’s place of employment. She also was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
