Former Home Secretary Suella Braverman was pranked into accepting a ‘D of the Year’ Award by The Last Leg. The Channel 4 show enlisted YouTube stars Joshua Pieters and Archie Manners to dupe the Conservative MP. They posed as fishing company employees and invited Ms Braverman to launch a small boat in her constituency of Fareham. However, instead of revealing a boat name, a sign read: "The Last Leg's D Of the Year." Braverman appeared baffled by the stunt, telling her team: "I'm not sure what that is all about. It's been a big spoof."
The former Home Secretary is the latest well known individual to receive the unwanted award - after a bad year that saw her sacked after expressing controversial views on immigration and homelessness
