Trinity Episcopal Church of Hartford and GHIAA Director the Rev. Dee Littlepage said the support for the environmental justice bill grew out of Hartford bearing the brunt of having much of the region’s trash processing since 1987, serving as the site where more than 50 towns deposited their trash over the last 35 years.
