Just after 7 00 this morning. Fire Officials Say the worker was pronounced dead on scene. Other kbp employees made their way back into the building at 10 00 and were sent back home for the rest of the day. Right now Denver Police are continuing what theyre calling an industrial accident death investigation. Its unclear what type of ma inside of. Initial reports were calling it an aluminum splitter. I made a call to the company here, and they arent confirming what type of machine that was. I also made a call to the National Coil coders association, and theyre not familiar with a splitter, but rather a slitter. Were still working to confirm which machine the worker got trapped into.
