A driver on Route 22 was drunk and speeding at 117 mph when he crashed a $300,000 sports car into a truck, seriously injuring his passenger, prosecutors said Thursday.
Now, almost seventeen months after the collision, the driver of the 2018 McLaren 720S is facing criminal charges.
Alfredo Gene Delgado Jr., 42, of North Whitehall Township, was charged Thursday with aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle and related offenses.
