No 6 Arkansas Hosts No 19 Missouri in Bogle Park Regular Season Finale

Jacob Pavilack April 23, 2021 FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 6 Arkansas softball team (37-5, 16-2 SEC), which is in first place in the SEC standings, hosts No. 19 Missouri (32-10, 10-5 SEC) for a three-game SEC series to close out the regular season at Bogle Park from Saturday, April 24 through Monday, April 26. The Razorbacks will honor their senior class as part of Senior Day festivities on Sunday, April 25. Saturday’s game will air on SEC Network+ with Josh Haley (play-by-play) and Megan Turk (analyst) on the call while Pam Ward (play-by-play) and Jenny Dalton-Hill (analyst) will call the action on Sunday and Monday on SEC Network.

The weather outside will be frightful when No. 1 Arkansas hosts non-conference foe Grambling State (11-19, 8-4 SWAC) in a midweek clash Tuesday evening at Baum-Walker Stadium. First pitch, which was originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m., was moved up to 5 p.m. due to the forecasted conditions. The unanimously top-ranked Hogs, now 30-6 overall on the season, are in sole possession of first place in the SEC West with an 11-4 mark in conference play. Despite the cold weather, Arkansas’ offense will enter Tuesday’s contest hotter than hot, having scored double-digit runs in five of the last six games.
