We saw 25 people who showed up to the west oakland bart station chanting. They changed themselves to each other and to trains headed in both directions bringing transbay service to a standstill. Management is attempting to go back on an agreement that was part of the final deal. B. A. R. T. Board members plan to meet to talk about the problem tomorrow.
