Shell replace bob mahaffey who chose not to run for reelection. Westergaard is a realtor and served as president of the Douglas Acres Neighborhood Association for sixteen years. She also founded the Northeast Neighbors and friends group. She says that experience will help her in her new position. One of her Top Priorities is to invest new amenities in neighborhoods that will attract families.
