Eversource officials are reporting 5,208 customers without power, or about 0.41 percent of their total base. There are 1,025 United Illuminating homes and businesses currently affected by the storm. On Tuesday, both utilities wrestled with another storm that dropped trees and utility poles across the state. A tropical storm warning remains in effect for the coast of New Haven and Middlesex counties and for all of New London County.
