Great. Thank you, Anita, and good morning, everyone. I d like to thank you for joining us today for the New Residential s fourth-quarter and full-year 2020 earnings call. Joining me here today are Michael Nierenberg, our chairman, CEO, and president; Nick Santoro, our chief financial officer; and a number of members of the NewRez management team, including Baron Silverstein, president of NewRez; Cathy Dondzila, CFO; Josh Capell, head of strategy; and Jack Navarro, president, and CEO of the servicing division of NewRez.
welcome back. we oftentimes talk about amazing video. this time there s no question about it. take a look. a guy riding his moped is hit head on by a pickup truck sending him flying through the air. remarkably josh capell, star center of the university of iowa football team, was able to get up and walk away. the pickup truck was turning left. the driver says he was staring into the sun. the whole thing as you see caught on police dash cam video last week in iowa city. i spoke with josh earlier this morning. josh, good morning. thanks for joining me. thanks for having me. absolutely. i got to ask you, how do you feel this morning are you okay? i m fine. i feel great. just a few bruises and a few scrapes. that s what i heard. only a bruised elbow and maybe shaken up a little bit. but we see in the video you stood right up. is it still sinking into you what happened? yeah. when i stood up, i think i was a little confused on what just

[ bleep ]. josh! what the [ bleep ] is that? guys! aly! i heard something running right behind me. so josh joins us now live from boston. good to see you. thanks for joining us. josh, what was happening in that video. thank you for having me. what was happening in that video? in our premiere episode, we spend the night in the ruins of pompeii. it s notoriously haunted. people have been saying far long time, since the rediscovery of pompeii, it s a place that s full of ghosts. so we spent the night there alone, really probably the first time most viewers have had a chance to see pompeii at night and see if we can experience what the locals say they see and hear there. so that s a particular moment from the show when one of my producers, alli, certainly feels like she saw and heard something. how do you pick the unsolved mysteries that you want to pursue? well, we try to choose stuff
