Josalyna Baney, 38, Marysville Reformatory, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. June 3.
Nicolas R. Bils, 23, 533 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for having weapons under disability. He was granted credit for 47 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.
Christian G. Moreno, 31, 317 W. Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempt. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to criminal damaging. He faces up to 90 days in jail and $500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. June 3.
