The Sandwich School District and the Sandwich Police Department are in the process of signing a formal agreement regarding the responsibilities and expectations of the school resource officer.
The Sandwich School Safety Team has been holding regular meetings and is looking to hire a company to determine how secure the district’s three campuses are.
The results from last spring s MCAS testing shows that the pandemic had an impact on student learning in Sandwich, but the town s students have fared better than the state overall.
