Robert Whitehouse III and Christina Whitehouse have filed a negligence lawsuit against PECO Energy Company following an incident where a dead tree fell onto Mr. Whitehouse's vehicle causing severe injuries. The suit seeks damages exceeding arbitration limits for various losses including medical expenses and loss of consortium.
