On april 13th, 19yearold Josephine Rivera and her son were hit in west kensington. When she was well enough, she remained at her sons bedside until he died three days later. A verdict is reached in the case of a former prep School Student accused of sexually assaulting a freshman. He was acquitted of felony rape charges but found guilty of several misdemeanors. He sobbed as the verdict was read. He faced nine criminal counts of the alleged rape of a freshman girl last year.
