I have finally justice for my son. And just last week the city offered a 20,000 reward for information leading to colons arrest. Now the man accused in the hit and run crash that killed an offduty Philadelphia Police officer is now charged with murder. A judge set bail at 500,000 for 59yearold lewis bogwell.
