This included certification audits every 18 months; six-monthly reviews of quality indicators like timeliness, complaints, and quality of care planning; and monthly reviews of service metrics like case mixes, demographics, and travel time, she said. Adler gave the board s Disability Support Advisory Committee an overview of the service at a meeting on Monday, explaining how it aligned with the National Framework for Home and Community Support Services, released in August 2020.
