Murder trial is beginsing. Hes accused of killing his wife in their georgetown home 2. 5 years ago. He told police his 91yearold wife fell. The medical examiner says she was beaten and strangled. Muths lawyers claimed he was not competent to stand trial. The judge disagreed. Muth wont even be at the trial. He has often refused to eat and is in the hospital weighing just 92 pounds now.
