Southington Police Lt. Keith Egan said the man, identified as Joseph Soucy, suffered a “broken pelvis and internal bleeding” in the crash. Egan said an emergency room doctor told him Soucy has “a high probability of survival.” Soucy was transported to the hospital when police responded to a car crash around 8:18 p.m. Friday on Queen Street near River Street, according to a press release.
