The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Wolcott man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies arrested Joseph Scott Jr., 33, of Wolcott following a physical altercation with family members.
In doing so, he violated an active court order.
Deputies say Scott was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree harassment.
The charges will be answered at a later date, deputies said.
