Nisha Sundrum has left her role as WeTV s head of marketing to join on-demand documentary streaming service iwonder as global marketing director. WeTV is Tencent s international streaming platform and Sundrum (pictured) was appointed to lead marketing for the platform late last year. The move came months after WeTV acquired iflix’s content, technology and resources last June to expand streaming platform s service in Southeast Asia.
In her former role, Sundrum oversaw both iflix and WeTV platforms and reported to WeTV s country manager Aik Kuang Heng. Her team comprised of social media head, Joseph Pek and herself. She told

Family of Kelowna B.C., homicide victim offering $5K reward, 11 years after his death
Paulina Pekova says her brother was stabbed to death near a home on Kelowna s Birch Avenue and people in the house saw what happened to him.

The family of a Kelowna, B.C., man who was murdered 11 years ago is offering a $5,000 reward to the person providing information that leads to a conviction.
In October 2009, 38-year-old Joseph Pek was found dead near the side of a home in the 400 block of Birch Avenue in the southern part of the Okanagan city.

His family is offering a reward and is asking anyone with information about his death to come forward and speak to RCMP. On Oct. 20, just before 1 a.m., Kelowna RCMP received a 9-1-1 call to a residence in the 400 block of Birch Avenue. Upon arrival, investigators located 38-year-old Pek dead near the side of the house, according to the RCMP in a press release. Pek’s death was determined to be a homicide, and the investigation remains open. The Kelowna RCMP Major Crimes Unit follows all tips and leads in this investigation, says Insp. Kent Lowe of the Kelowna RCMP, in the release.
