Roz plater has made her way to the scene. What can you tell us right now . We are in the Congress Heights section of southeast. Right at the end of this street, you see all those flashing lights, that is where that shooting happened. There is a Massive Police response to this. Dozens of police cars dozens of officers. Im told there are some issues of crowd control. Here is what we know. About 8 30 two people were shot. A man who has been pronounced dead a teen girl who was shot also, just with minor injuries.
