The new term wil begin almost immediately with several issues left over from the last session, including a bill to provide Financial Relief for victims of Superstorm Sandy, deep spending cuts known as sequestration tabled during the fiscal cliffs talks this week, including a bill to increase the nations debt limit, but it wont take much for them to surpass the Previous Group in terms of legislative success. They tell me this is the least Productive Congress in the history of the nation. If its not, i would hate to be in the one that was. The 113th congress will be the most Diverse Group of representatives ever assembled, especially in a Democratic House caucus where white males will be in the minority for the first time ever.
