Shareholders of the fourth wave will receive distribution of shares in GeoSolar technologies

(OTCQB: FWAV) (‘Fourth Wave’ or the ‘Company’), a climate change solutions company in Silicon Valley, announced that its board of directors has approved and is preparing the spin-off of its smart home technology subsidiary to to implement the spin-off GeoSolar Technologies (“GST”). Upon completion, the transaction will form two separate and independent listed companies.
