A MAN from Barrow accused of assault is due to appear in court today. Paul Joseph Docker, 55, of Schooner Street has been charged with two counts of assault by beating dating back to November 4. The first charge relates to an alleged assault of Adele Lupton and the second charge is in relation to an alleged assault on David Briggs. Docker is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court this morning.
