After the shooter parked his truck behind the Hyundai Sonata at fuel pump No. 9, surveillance cameras show him walking up and “repeatedly firing a handgun directly at the driver s side of this (the victims ) car.”
As the Sonata driver took off out of the Quick Stop on East State Boulevard heading south on Hobson Road about 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, Joseph Daniel Bossard hopped back into his truck and pursued the Hyundai, found crashed in a snow bank a half-mile away in the 1900 block of Hobson, documents filed Thursday in Allen Superior Court said.

Court documents: Video surveillance captures shooting

Video surveillance from a convenience store showed the actions of a man accused of shooting three men, two of whom lost their lives, according to court documents released today.
Joseph Daniel Bossard, 32, lives in the 2200 block of Laverne Avenue, two blocks from the Quick Stop where police said he initially shot his three victims Wednesday night. Bossard was charged Thursday with two counts murder and one count aggravated battery posing a substantial risk of death. He was being held without bail at the Allen County Jail.
