UPDATE: Shawn Massey was arrested around 4 p.m. Tuesday in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. A police officer spotted Massey, whom the officer recognized, and the homicide suspect was taken into police custody without incident.
Massey is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility awaiting an extradition hearing, the AP reported.
Police in Camden County are searching for the suspect who they say killed man at a South Jersey campground days before Christmas.
Several law enforcement agencies continued their search Tuesday for a convicted felon from New Jersey who remains on the lam four weeks after allegedly beating and stabbing another man to death at a Boy Scouts campground close to the Pennsylvania border.
Shawn Massey, 38, of Gibbsboro, N.J. is suspected of killing hunter Joseph Bottino, 54, of Gloucester Township, whose body was found Dec. 23 riddled with stab wounds and blunt injuries.
