Somebody gunned him down in norfolk. It was the third deadly shooting this morning, police say. They say the shootings may have been the result of an argument that ended in gunfire. Because of the three homicide, Norfolks Police chief is asking for an emergency call to action. We had two within an hour of one another and a couple which happened a couple of weekends ago.
