Detained at the Criminal Intelligence and Detection Group-Central Visayas (CIDG-7) facility were Eduardo Cuizon (Barangay Bankal), Eleonor Fontanoza (Gun-ob), Regina Ibanez (Looc), Triponia Abayan (Tungasan), Joselito Tibon (Suba-Basbas), Reynaldo Tampus (Canjulao), and Rosalino Abing (Maribago). Cuizon is also an ex-officio member of the Lapu-Lapu City Council, being the president of the Association of Barangay Council (ABC).
