One is a taste-wheel diagram that David Frazier and Jose Thompson â the owners of Chestnut Ridge Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster in downtown Harrisonburg â use while doing coffee tastings to help them write descriptions of the flavor notes for each brew.
