When i pulled up to the scene, me and my friends started running towards it. We saw two cars. And one was pretty badly hit and the other one had his hood smashed in. The driver of that car had stepped out of the vehicle and was responsive. And the other two were still in their vehicle not responding. And someone there called the cops and shortly after i arrived, the cops showed up. Did it look like it was a headon collision . Yeah, one was going really fast
