The scene cleared roughly 30 minutes ago at the best western in concord. We do have video of the scene earlier. You saw a number of Police Patrol cars handling this investigation. As i mentioned, the information is very limited. Police posting this happened roughly around 1 00 a. M. Or just after 1 00 a. M. , their investigation into a suspicious death inside a hotel room here. I did get a chance to listen to dispatch. In the trivalley. Thats right. We had some slowing as a result of something there, we were talking about how it was counter to what the report of the crash was. We will take you with mostly green sensors over to where we find a little bit of a change. No problem for Castro Valley coming off of 680, either, it is west to 84, we talked about the slowing over towards isabelle. The crash that was in the opposite direction has not showed any slowing. This looks like this is simply because of that volume of traffic coming off of 580. 84 starts to see the early slowing. No problems out of the altamonte. No problems coming down the east shore freeway or out of the maze. A smooth approach to the backup that we do see at the bay bridge toll plaza. Our live camera shows us the lanes over off to that right approach, including lanes coming off of lane 14 but it will stay closed indefinitely. Evacuated were told were completely burned down. I want to point you to whats here. Theres some fire engines still here. Firefighters in overhaul mode knocking down parts of the building making sure theres no hot spots. This fire spread quickly. Were told all 32 units in two buildings that were evacuated, those apartments are gone nothing to save. Contracan kosta firefighters say it was the shared attic space that caused flames to move so quickly from the first building to the second. Firefighters said evacuations went smoothly despite all the chaos, because most people were awake. They were able to selfevacuate, leave on their own. Down about 357 points now. Well more impact to how the world is reacting. Less begin with sue herrera. A lot of us experiencing heart palpitations, but things seem to be bouncing back. It is bouncing back a bit. It was a very difficult opening for the market, this would be the 1,000point loss. It would be the biggest one day intraday point loss, but percentagewise its not as significant as one might thing. Pointwise, it was a heart stopper, but it didnt last long, it kind of stabilized down about 600 appoints, and then slowly start to do crawl back. We go the to the back where we were only about 150 points down. Why . The worries about asia did hit the market hard, but that was mostly pentup selling from friday. There were a number of big institutional traders that couldnt get out of the market in time, so they had sell orders in for monday morning. Thats why we saw the plunge. We did see some significant buying by big institutional traders at the lows, thats whats bringing us back up.
