Reporter it spread from bushes on to the feps and into the trees in the backyard. The flames licking at the deck and patio. It is one of 15 fires set by a serial arsonist since midjuly. The most recent this past sunday. The piers have been similar in nature and they feel like they are fairly confident it has been the same person and it is one person. Reporter trees, bushes, trashcans and dumpsters were targeted. Most of the fires set on the weekend between midnight and 5 00 a. M.
