We know a fair amount about the benefit of fraud that occurs from programs that were built into uscis on the Quality Control programs, assessments. Theres doubledigit fraud in some of our Legal Immigration programs now, and we have to have a system that has integrity to have the confidence to go forward. I agree with a lot of what my colleagues said, which would add there needs to be and interview process at a certain point in the system.
