Alliance Defending Freedom International (ADF International) has supported a number of legal cases in Europe and has offered its assistance to Finland's former Foreign Minister Timo Soini.
Juristiliitto, the Finnish Association of Judges, is calling for solutions to the crisis in the administration of justice in ongoing government negotiations. Over the past decade, legal proceedings have significantly lengthened, and there is a need for additional funding of at least 50 million euros per year. The primary requirement is an increase in personnel, with the funding targeted towards recruiting more judges and prosecutors in the courts and prosecution offices. Budget allocations should also be directed towards public legal aid.
