The fourth-annual HighSchoolOT volleyball all-state team features 24 players making a second or third appearance on the team, including two who were three-time first-team selections.
At this year's NCHSAA 4A state championship, Jordan Polk was named the Most Outstanding Performer. He won the title in the 300 meters, posting a personal-best time of 34.94 seconds. He also set a personal record in the 500 meter at the meet, finishing in 1 minute, 4.25 seconds, to win his second championship of the day.
Jordan High School star running back Amareon Blue sat down with HighSchoolOT in between his sophomore and junior seasons to recap his career so far, discuss early recruiting, and break down his goals for the 2023 season as well as his career. Blue was named to the HSOT All-State team after a sophomore season with 2,442 yards and 30 touchdowns.
