Hospitality in Scotland will be permitted to reopen from late next month as the country makes its first steps out of coronavirus lockdown. First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced to the Scottish Parliament today that hospitality will be allowed to serve alcohol outdoors with a limited service likely to be permitted indoors, although without any alcoholic drinks allowed.
