Blame it on the economy, business is booming in the bay area so bart trains are packed. Many customers are not happy. This is from 2014 the latest survey results 74 percent of customers reported they were satisfied. That is a drop from 2012 where 84 percent reported they were satisfied. Last years anybodies are the lowest since the survey started in 1996 tying 1998 to record low. The top drops in satisfaction come from Seat Availability or lack thereof with space for the stuff like bicycle strollers and luggage and satisfaction levels dropped for the train temperature and too hot inside and station and cars being clean.
