Police: Man used stolen gun in Tuesday road rage shooting, armed robbery in South Nashville Mariah Timms, Nashville Tennessean
Nashville police say they arrested a man possibly connected to multiple armed crimes in South Nashville on Tuesday.
Tyler Al-Shemari, 19, was arrested Tuesday on charges of aggravated robbery, vehicle burglary and three counts of aggravated assault. He remained in custody Tuesday evening in lieu of $145,000 bond.
MNPD reports the suspect was charged in connection to an extreme case of road rage and an unrelated armed robbery both involving a stolen pistol earlier Tuesday.
Just before 7 a.m., the driver of a Toyota Yaris cut off a pickup truck on Harding Place near Jonquil Drive, police said.
