By PATRICK FORD patrick@southwesttimes.com With the combined efforts of New River Valley (NRV) tourism departments, a new logo and website to represent Pulaski, Giles, Montgomery, Floyd counties and Radford city has been unveiled. The partnership of destination marketing organizations (DMOs) hired 5Points Creative to create the logo, website and tagline for the NRV.
