Volunteers from Love Devizes have continued to make a huge difference to people s lives amid the pandemic. The covid response group is still on the look out for anyone in need of their services, whether it be a prescription pick-up, food shop or a friendly call. You are also able to refer a family member or friend. This week, the Gazette joined volunteer Jonathan Stocker for his sixth job as a Love Devizes volunteer. For the second day in a row, Jonathan spent near to 40 minutes queuing to pick up prescriptions at Morrison s pharmacy. Jonathan, a retired banker, said: I ve previously been a driver for a hospice, so signed up to do something similar with Love Devizes.
