An arrest has been made following a deadly shooting in Rochester last October.
Police say they arrested Jonathan Spinks and charged him with second degree murder in connection with the death of Lysaun Curry.
Police said Curry was shot multiple times in an ambush-style killing on Trenaman Street back on October 2nd.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Spinks has been in the Monroe County Jail since October 13 after being arrested for a home invasion and shooting that seriously injured a woman.
He is facing burglary, assault and weapons charges in connection with that incident.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) A Rochester man faces multiple charges, including second-degree murder, in the October shooting death of an 18-year-old man.
A judge unsealed an indictment Tuesday, charging 28-year-old Jonathan Spinks with second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting death of Lysaun Curry.
Officers responded to Trenaman Street on Oct. 2 for the report of a person shot in the driveway. Curry was shot multiple times in an ambush-style slaying, investigators said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Curry and Spinks knew each other.
Spinks has been in the Monroe County Jail since Oct. 13 after being indicted on burglary, assault, and weapons charges, stemming from an incident on Oct. 10 on Hawley Street. Spinks is accused of breaking into a home, then shooting and seriously wounding a woman.
