Told that they saw people trying to steal license plates at a fast food restaurant. Thats when the chase began. Take a look at video shot by sky force 10. Thats after the suspects bailed from the vehicle there, and took off on foot. A number of Police Departments from two counties went searching with their canine units and rounded up were told four suspects. Those people are now in police custody. And were told during that chase apparently one police car was hit by the suspects in Chester County and two more police cars hit here in montgomery county. Were told that police now are talking with the suspects including the man who jumped into the Schuylkill River to try to avoid police. He was taken to brynmawr hospital.
